SALARY: £25,000 - £35,000 basic, plus uncapped commission structure

We are now entering into the next exciting phase of our journey and are looking for an outstanding Business Development Manager to join our team and help us achieve our vision.


This is the perfect opportunity for any expert in sales and lover of sport that has a passion for education and the impact it can have on helping young people, to achieve their maximum potential and to sell something that they believe in.  You will be promoting the benefits of our Further Education programmes, apprenticeships and Higher Education programmes whilst recruiting relevant learner numbers for each programme.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for actively generating new business opportunities for the company within their region and for both maintaining and developing outstanding relationships with all current and potential Customers.


  • Identify and actively generating new business and initiating leads in the London region
  • Successfully account manage existing accounts, increase current business by identifying new opportunities and maintain client retention
  • Follow up on sales campaigns and identify target lists of prospects within region
  • Plan and prepare presentations with the marketing team
  • Produce accurate sales reports and forecasts
  • Manage own diary and pipeline successfully
  • Exceed expectations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Attend meetings at head office and support the department as a whole to ensure success


  • An experienced sales person with excellent Influencing and negotiation experience
  • Previous new business experience with a proven track record of generating and closing deals
  • Competent in MS Office
  • Competent using CRM systems and ability to successfully manage pipeline and diary
  • Enhanced DBS Check
  • Clean driving licence
