Jack is a Primary Regional Manager at SCL who has a passion to ensure SCL has a football club to be proud of and has spent much of his own time making this happen. Jack consistently deflects any praise onto his coaching staff, however, he has been responsible for driving this forward.
He has shown enthusiasm and been dynamic in his approach, always goes the extra mile for staff, players and parents and he believes in what he does - which is evident in how SCL FC has been launched and no doubt will continue to grow from strength to strength.
Pat is an FE Sports Lecturer who works at AFC Bournemouth where SCL run an Academy programme in partnership with the club, he is a lecturer for the VRQ as well as Academy Manager.
Pat is an inspiration to the students and tutors at Bournemouth, he is always cheerful and fair. The students look up to him as a player and as a role model, many of the students are only on the programme due to the fact that Pat is their coach. He will always go out of his way to help a student out and will always be there when needed. Pat always backs up the education needs and standards with what happens in football.
Matt is an FE Sports Lecturer at Basingtoke FC's Academy which is run in partnership with SCL. The boys can be very challenging and yet he is always ready and prepared to run great lessons. Matt really cares - his preparation is always spot on, his resources are really good and well thought out. All this takes extra time, week in and week out and yet he has been reliable in every session, every day.
Matt is always willing to help when called upon, he was a big help in the enrollment process and will always be available to work evenings when needed to attend careers’ events to advertise the Basingstoke Town FC programme.
Since starting at her New Club AFC Fylde where SCL run an Academy Programme in partnership with the club, Julie has been nothing short of outstanding.
She is passionate about her work and has an innate desire to better herself and her two year groups of students. This was demonstrated in the recent Quality Visit by Access to Music - where the club, students and Julie gained a Grade 1 for Overall Effectiveness. Coupled with this she gained a Double Grade 1 Lesson Observation in GCSE Maths and her BTEC session. On top of all this Julie is always the first to offer advice and support - she currently mentors 3 staff members. Julie is keen to progress within SCL as she can see the vision of the company and has recently been promoted to Curriculum Manager.
